Summary
Box purse screen printed with symbols of Texas (longhorn steer, The Alamo, cowboy boot, oil rigs, map) and a large anthropomorphic sun. Sun, boot and steer's eyes are embellished with Topaz jewels. Faux-gold coins decorate a field of oil rigs and stars. Black and metallic-gold screen printing on dark-toned wood. Black vinyl handle. "texicana 2" screen-printed in lower left of front panel. One of several variations Collins made on this theme.
