Summary
Box purse featuring faux gems and a vivid screen-printed design that evokes Dutch folk art. Stylized floral motif in bright spring green and gradients of violet and periwinkle. Faux jewels include round and large-teardrop Amythysts (sic), teardrop Crystals and various pure-white floral outlines and rings. White vinyl handle and white-leather clasp detail.

I have a pretty strong hunch that the inspiration behind this design/title comes from the annual spring Tulip Time festival in Holland, Michigan. The thriving, American small-town celebration of Dutch heritage started in the late 1920s.
