DESCRIPTION

Summary

Solid, medium-toned wood casket-style box purse screen printed in black, depicting the main characters of "The Owl and the Pussycat" fable. Front panel features stylized sitting cat with faux turquoise-jewel eyes and metallic acrylic embellishments, beside a flower decorated in brown and aqua jewels. Top features stylized owl with turquoise eyes and similar simplistic flower. "owl + pussy cat" serigraph appears in lower left corner of front in hand-script cursive style. One variation on this theme.
