DESCRIPTION
Summary
Solid, light-toned wood casket-style box purse screen printed in metallic gold, depicting the main characters of "The Owl and the Pussycat" fable. Front panel features large, stylized gold cat decorated with a variety of faux gems and metallic acrylic embellishments. Top features stylized owl with similar eye and beak treatment, plus amber gem claws. Simple flowers and stars also embellished with imitation jewels and metallics. "owl + pussy cat" serigraph appears in lower left corner of front in hand-script cursive style. White vinyl handle. One variation on this theme.
